[C320-list] Jack line and harness mounting points

We installed large Wichard Folding padeyes in the cockpit for our kids.  

They're installed on the port side about mid-cockpit.  I drilled through
into the big port side locker and installed either a backing plate or large
washers (I don't recall).  It's easy to reach them from the companionway,
and they fold flat when not in use.  

The kids can slip off their life jackets when going below leaving them
attached to the tether, and slip it back on when coming up the stairs into
the cockpit without having to clip in or unclip.

The average tether reaches easily to the helm and doesn't interfere.

I use the cleats as Rollie suggests too.  In addition I added a set of
padeyes in the cockpit too.  The advantage of this is when sitting in the
cockpit you can clip on to the cockpit jack line which is more centrally
located and you can clip on before coming on deck from the cabin.  I use a
double tether and before unclipping from the cockpit jackline I clip onto a
fore and aft jackline attached to the cleats.  That way I am never
disconnected.

I added one padeye to the port side of the bridgedeck and the other near the
helm on the port side.  Both badeyes are mounted low and backed with
substantial backing plates.

I use the bow and stern cleats for the jacklines and can clip on for any 
point of the deck or cockpit = the KISS principle.  Rollie  #182
