I too have a couple of loops I just lay over the cleat.  Never had a  
problem with the Garhauer units.

Disclaimer:  I have no association with those folks, but give them my  
business whenever I can.  Their prices are more than reasonable  
compared to other vendors, they'll do custom work if you need it, and  
they're nice to deal with.  Just use the phone rather than email.
