[C320-list] Rub Rail Coating?

We found that cleaning with Interlux 202 fiberglass solvent.  The guy in our 
store said it's like nail polish remover without the oils and isn't nearly 
as volitle as acetone or MEK.  We use this on the lifelines and rub rail, 
then coat with a vinyl protectant of which there are many versions.  Seems 
to do the job.
