[C320-list] Genoa Mid Ship Track Cleat

Our marina requests that we do not secure dock lines by the eye splice.  In 
storms when the tide rises above the finger pier where the dock end is 
attached, the staff must board the boats to ease the dock lines.  This can 
be difficult to impossible if the eye splice is tight on the cleat and the 
tide has the lines tight all around.  Seems like good advice to me.
