[C320-list] Genoa Mid Ship Track Cleat

I was taught that it's also an issue if there is a fire on the dock or an 
adjacent boat. Anyone trying to free a boat with lines attached this way 
would probably not stick around long enough to undo the eye thru the cleat, 
since it can be time consuming. I find that a simple locking cleat hitch on 
the spring line works okay. I've also never had an eye come off of the cleat 
on the boat. Of course, I'm sure it's possible.
