[C320-list] Leak in V berth area

I'm getting a slight dripping from where the port side light is screwed in 
to the underside of the deck in the V berth area.
I re-bedded the pulpit thinking that was the culprit.  I'd like to re-bed 
the cleats.
Does any one know if removal of the cleats requires any access to the area 
below the cleats?

Also any thoughts on the potential for introduction of water into the core 
of the deck in this area from the front hatch.
