Wet storage?
What the heck is that and what's the rationale for the added time?

I get put up wet all the time and I never get additional points for that! :)

This is how my rating was calculated to be 190:


Base rating (2005 national average for wing keel Catalina 320s): 159
Non-spinnaker +15
3 blade exposed prop, non-folding +9
135%-149.9% Genoa (as opposed to 150%) +3
Wet storage +3
