[C320-list] Cabin Top Sail Block Tracks

The intended use was for jibs under 100%....the sheeting angles are better on the top track for those size jibs...

The earlier boats have short cabin top block tracks.  I've always been 
curious as to how these were intended to be used.  (I think they have been 
eliminated on the MK II series.)

What was the intended use and how have owners actually used these tracks?
