[C320-list] pedastal alignment question

When opening and closing the lazerette seat, the seat edge tends to cut 
into the leather wrap on the steering wheel.  I noticed this weekend 
that the pedastel is rotated slightly to starboard, which causes the 
wheel to be closer to the portside seat.

Is this adjustable?  Can the pedastel be rotated slightly counter 
clockwise to align the steering column with the centerline of the boat?
