[C320-list] Water tank inspection cap/port

Martin:

Our inspection caps have always unscrewed easily -- but we never drink the
water. We use it to wash and wash dishes, etc.

When we fill the tanks, my wife puts about a half cup of bleach in each one
to prevent the buildup of scum and ugly floaties. It works. Any boat we've
had developed the cruds unless treated. Some people use vodka.
