[C320-list] Edson pedestal throttle problem

It could be a loose cable clamp shown on page 9 of the following link:

On my boat, I had to remove the face of the engine instrument pod and the nut is towards the top of the pod.  The nut holds the cable and also holds the pod to the pedestal.  It should be an easy fix.
