[C320-list] galley and head faucet

If the fittings on your water heater are nylon (white looking plastic,) they
deteriorate with age and the heat accelerates the aging. When I had had
enough, I installed a bypass that came with bronze (yellow metal,) elbow
fittings. Let me tell you it was a struggle to install these fittings and
the bypass hose in such tight quarters; but, I've not had a problem with it
in two years. A simpler fix is to replace the nylon fittings with yellow
metal elbows and use the existing hoses. Be sure to use lots of Teflon tape
on the threads. Problem should go away.

The only problem I am having is the hot side of the hot water heater.
Doesn't leak until it heats up.
Once while motoring I lost all my water.

I put a new hose and clamp on it last year, this year it is leaking again.
Really frustrating.

I assume you mean the drip in the head is coming from the faucet. I haven't
had that problem but I've had trouble from time to time with the hard
plastic connector between the plastic tubing from the water tank and the
stem of the faucet under the sink. It has leaked quite a bit and there's no
intuitive way to figure out a solution. The local Catalina dealer even came
out to the mooring one day to try to resolve the problem. To make matters
worse, of course, it's impossible to get up under there with two hands
without completely removing the drawers in the aft cabin. I described this
problem here before but no one else apparently has had the same experience.
