[C320-list] Preventative Maintenance-Chain Plates and Rigging

Hi,
Isle of Wight is a 2001#851 vintage that is owned in a partnership.

Since the boat is 9 years old, what preventative maintenance have people
done re rebedding the chain plates and/or stanchions.

Also what have people done to check and/or replace the rigging?
If replacing it, what did it cost?

And can the people who have just replaced the steering cable, advise about
much that whole expense was.
If we were to do it, it would be done by a boatyard.
