[C320-list] Raymarine GPS fix?

I've been having similar issues. I assumed it was the interconnect to the
GPS antenna (my unit is removable from the binnacle, so I'm always removing
the connection), so I jiggle the connector in back of the unit. That
doesn't always solve it, so it sounds like there may be a reliability issue
with the electronics.

Very interested in what you find.

Julian

Subject: [C320-list] Raymarine GPS fix?

Hi,

Starting a couple months ago, I started experiencing a lost GPS fix shortly
after turning on my C70 chartplotter. Not every time, and usually within
the first 5 min or so.

I go to the GPS settings page and do a RESET GPS and it seems to get a fix
after one or sometimes two resets.

I've heard other people on my dock complaining of lost gps fixes also.

Anyone have info about this?
-Jeff
