[C320-list] AquaLift Muffler Replacement

My AquaLift muffler on my 1998 C320 has a leak that has been determined to be "unrepairable"... or at least not "reliably repairable".  I understand Catalina can provide a replacement if I mail this one back to them. But I also understand that some people have installed the Vetus muffler, which sounds more reliable at this point.
 
Does anyone know the exact model Vetus muffler that fits in the C320 and works with the Yanmar 3GM30F motor?
