[C320-list] C320-list Digest, Vol 657, Issue 1

Was the original post describing "named" storms, or just those lesser 
storms, or even routine conditions where you don't want the boom swinging? 
If it's about "named" storms, there's a long line of additional things we do 
locally (in NC) to prepare (The weather channel and NOAA usually give a good 
idea as to what to prepare for).   But for lesser storms and routine 
conditions, any of the several proposals will work just fine...just my 
thoughts.
