[C320-list] Interior Varnish

I read a fairly dated article on the site about the varnish used on the interior woodwork and then went searching for this product with no luck. Anyone out there have updated info? I have some touch up work near the sink area (someone left a wet towel there) to take care of this spring.
 
Also, I was considering putting something more than teak oil on the hatch boards, suggestions here as well.
