[C320-list] Anchor Light?

It's a little awkward but you can remove and replace the bulb from a Bosuns chair.  Bring two in case you drop one.  We have hull #441 and the replacement is an Aqua Signal 25.

Our anchor light stopped working and I suppose it is just the bulb, but are there other possibilities? 

Can the bulb be changed from a bosun's chair without real long arms?
