[C320-list] Racor Primary Fuel Filter - 500MA

I agree with the notion that it should be low. As for myself, I find it
really easy to climb into the compartment with the fuel tank. It is
easier for me to climb in there than it is to remove the engine cover,
remove the cushions, and remove the board to expose the existing
location for the filter. Jeff suggested putting in a door near the fuel
tank so that a filter located there could be accessed from the aft cabin
which would really make it easy to get to. I like that idea a lot.
