[C320-list] Whisker Poles

I have just installed a Whisker Pole on C320 #1084.
I was interested to keep my costs down.
The cost ended up near the $600 mark (Australian Dollars).

THE POLE:
This was accomplished by purchasing a 12'4" x 2 1/4" aluminium pole from an
aluminium supplier in Sydney.
Two Ronstan Pole Ends (2" OD).
Monel Pop Rivets were used to attach the Pole Ends to the Pole (pack of 10).
Also a mid point saddle (for the down haul).

THE TRACK:
Ronstan AlloyT-Track (RC7320) 1 1/4" by 39 1/2" (1metre).
One Ronstan Spinnaker Pole Track Slide (RC73243).
Stainless Steel bolts were included with the Ronstan Track.
Two Track Stop Ends.

PS. there are obviously more elegant and efficient systems than the one I
chose.
They cost accordingly.
The biggest mistake I made in this DIY project, is that I failed to notice
the Aluminium Pole was not anodized!
At some point I will paint it.
