[C320-list] 2 hose clamps

Yesterday when I was changing the oil and cleaning the saltwater strainer I noticed that the hose from the through-hull to the strainer didn't have two SS clamps holding the hoses. It was the only place on the boat that didn't. I'm going to?add?the second?SS clamp today but I want to make sure there wasn't any reason why there was only one clamp at that location. JOHN?
