[C320-list] 3GM30 1000 hour check

Irv,

My read of the Yanmar Operation Manual (pg. 36) has the following items at  
every 600 hrs (also labeled as every year!!!):
Check injector timing
Check injector spray pattern
Check cooling water pump impeller
Retighten all major nuts and bolts
Adjust intake/exhust valve clearance
Check remote control cables (ie. shutoff, shift and throttle)
Adjust prop shaft alignment

On pg. 43, two more tasks are identified to be performed at 1000 hrs:
Check/clean fuel valve nozzle
Check & adjust fuel injection pressure & atomizing condition
