HI KARL, THANK YOU FOR HOSTING THIS FORMAT . HOW TO I ASK FOR INFORMATION ABOUT REPAIRING MY KEEL AND RUTTER. I HAVE CHIPS ETC ON THEM?? TOM CONNEELY 916

My read of the Yanmar Operation Manual (pg. 36) has the following items at every 600 hrs (also labeled as every year!!!):?
Check injector timing?
Check injector spray pattern?
Check cooling water pump impeller?
Retighten all major nuts and bolts?
Adjust intake/exhust valve clearance?
Check remote control cables (ie. shutoff, shift and throttle)?
Adjust prop shaft alignment?

On pg. 43, two more tasks are identified to be performed at 1000 hrs:?
Check/clean fuel valve nozzle?
Check & adjust fuel injection pressure & atomizing condition?
?
