I assume you are a cruiser and sometimes like to sail with a
partially-furled jib
then the ajustable cars will really help trim the sail nicely no matter
how much is furled. If you don't mind crappy sail trim then I'm not sure I
would bother.

Get the cars if you always seek to optimize trim
....and to the fella with engine fuel problem with loss of RPMs: same isse
on my J105's Yanmar. Turned out to be fuel shutoff valve on the tank was
letting air in heavy seas. If I recall the 320 has a shutoff.

I am headed to the Strictly Sail show in Chicago and flirting with adding
adjustable Genoa Car hardware. Any experience and suggestions? Are they
worth the investment if I don't race? Do they just clutter the deck with
more line? I also need to add a boom preventer. Is there an "out of the
box" suggestion or just build my own? I managed a nasty Jibe off Isle
Royale this summer, and now better understand the value.

Thanks
Gary
