A good propane shop can change the valve in about 10 minutes to a
compliant valve for about $20 -- had mine changed last year here in
Dallas -- call around to find a shop -- Much cheaper than a new tank

Mark,
I'll be down on the boat later today and can give you the measurements
of the
tank locker. I was not aware that they changed them. If they are the
same size
then you should be able to buy a new tank from Catalina or from their
supplier.
Also I thought that there we're update kits that could be installed to
make old
tanks compliant.

I have been the owner of a 320 for about 3 years. When I purchased the
this
1998 C320 the propane tank valve was not compliant with whatever
regulations the companies that fill propane tanks require. I have been
unable to find a source for a new tank for my boat. It is a more narrow
aluminum tank. Any ideas?
