[C320-list] Boat Speed

Our esteemed Commodore put together a real nice spreadsheet of the
RPM/Speed/Fuel Burn he gets.  (Karl, sorry, I forgot the URL.)  The numbers
he records there track exactly with what I see.  (And we all have hulls from
the same generation, with the same engine and a 3-bladed prop.)
