[C320-list] Throttle

My throttle since last year is stiff and unbearable I lubed it with grease then graphite. Again I would assume I need to change the cable. 

Its a 2000 model with the yanmar 3gm30. 

Anyone know where to get the cable what model number. In addition anyone perform this change before and can provide insight, things to look for, step by steps?  Anything welcome
