[C320-list] Throttle

Thanks for all the replies I will try that asap. 

Wish I would of asked last year this actually caused a bolt to shear off the throttle lever at the helm last year while mooring. That was fun lol

We had the same problem with 2001 #851
At the forward end of the engine that cable moves a throttle arm that
sometimes rusts up due to a minor leakage from the cooling system.
A good dose of WD-40 or similar and working it back and forth with the
throttle cable cleared it up for us.
