[C320-list] Battery Ventilation

I agree with Orlando.  Sometimes people overthink things too much.

Consider the risk of driving at up to 65++ mph in cars (and around  
other cars-think rush hour) carrying 10-20 gallons of gasoline and a  
wet cell battery, THEN storing those vehicles in garages.  Then, the  
risk of traveling at ~6 knots over water with 19 gallons of diesel and  
a couple of wet cells may pale by comparison.

I'm not dismissing the risk entirely, but if common sense is employed  
(don't smoke around charging batteries or while fueling, etc.), then  
the risks are greatly minimized.
