[C320-list] Jabsco Head replacement

Scott:

I replaced the head on Proud Mary, #150 last summer while on a cruise. 
The Jabsco was an exact fit replacement.  As best as I can recall, the
base is screwed to thick fiberglass.  There are no parts to lose.
