I'll probably disagree with that one...only because of when I had c l 2, both yards I took it to for bottom painting both said the same thing...that said though, you probably had it done way more recently so I will defer to you...

No!  Boat must be on the hard with at least 75 percent of the weight supported by the keel.  Torque is 235 foot pounds.

If I remember correctly, 105ft/lbs...don't quote me on that...one thing to note is that they should do it while the boat is in the water, that way the keel is snug up on the boat....
