[C320-list] AC leaking

Rod,

I would be pretty sure that condensation is draining into the bilge when the AC is running.
The hotter and the more humid it is outside, and the longer the AC is run, the more the water will
be draining into the bilge. So my questions are: are you running the AC longer than ever before?
Is it hotter than normal? Is it more humid than before? These things make a difference.

Just ck the thru hull for the water intake for the AC -- check all the way from the thru hull to where
the water exits the boat. If no leak there, then it has to be condensation. IMHO.

The captain noticed that the bilge pump is running way more than usual when
the AC is on. It is a new problem.

Hi Peggy,

So why do you think it isn't the condensation if it is routed to the bilge.

Condensation is routed to the bilge near the intake for engine and AC.
Discharge hose is not leaking. Intake for AC only.

Where do you have your condensation routed to? Is your intake dedicated to
the a/c only. Have you checked the discharge hose going over board.
