I use "On & Off Gel" with a paint brush to clean/bleach the hull.  Wear
gloves, follow the directions, and the stuff works great!

  I need to clean the hull before replacing hull stripes, including getting
rid of wax I recently applied.  Will paint thinner work for this or is there
a better product to use to prepare the surface?
