[C320-list] Dinette table question

Yes there should be a knob that screws in to a collar at the base of the shaft that is used to keep it down

I'm still pretty new to my 320 and have a really basic question:

How do I keep the dinette table down? It seems that maybe something should screw in to hold it down, but it's missing. Am I correct that there should be something there for this purpose?
