Yes, there should be a screw with a large knob.  Look for a threaded whole facing aft on the vertical outer shaft.

I'm still pretty new to my 320 and have a really basic question:

How do I keep the dinette table down? It seems that maybe something should screw in to hold it down, but it's missing. Am I correct that there should be something there for this purpose?
