[C320-list] Fresh Water Leak

Just for clarity and for those reading these posts in the archives at some
future date...

If you leave the inspection port off of either tank...it will not cause the
tanks to empty... they are on the top of the tanks. Checking them is only
relevant when you are chasing down a bit of extra mystery moisture in the
bilge.
