Gerry, Yes, that's correct...

Remember in So Cal strict PHRF racing, there are no 'adjustments'...the PHRF 
of So Cal board assigns a rating to a boat and you race with that rating.. A 
150 rating for a C320 assumes you will race with a folding prop, a 150% 
genoa, spinnaker, etc...if you don't have that equipment, too bad, you still 
get a 150

Adjustments are usually used as part of a 'Cruising Class' division and not 
in the 'Racing' division

   So, on the San Diego race I can claim the +9 seconds for having a 135?
The race entry says you can "if the boat is rated at 150%" and I wasn't sure
how the 320 was rated.
   I thought I could, just wanted to make sure.

The 320 is rated at 150 handicap for racing, but with what size headsail is
that based, 100,135,150%?
