[C320-list] Manson anchor pictures

Given that anchors are one of our more popular discussion items, I (with
help from Jeff!) put some pictures of my 35lb Manson Supreme in the web site

It does indeed fit the standard roller, however the bail must be replaced by
a taller one.  I had a friend with a machine shop make a new bail out of
some scrap SS.

Visually, it sure encourages people to get out of my way.  However, over the
last 2 years it has set (and stayed set) well in the Chesapeake mud.
