I've used A-Sails from both North and Doyle, with good results. Very easy to handle, especially with a spin sock. This past year, an engineer friend designed and made up a J-boat style bow sprit, which extends the tack of the sail 3 1/2 feet in front of the bow. It's a great addition to the boat - the sail flies in much clearer air, can sail deeper angles, and jibes in front of the forestay with ease. When I get a chance, I'll post pictures.
