[C320-list] Bottom painting

When do I need to re-paint the bottom? I've owned the boat 2 1/2 years and haven't had to do it yet. It was painted by the previous owner just before the sale. I'm in Southern California so the boat is in the water year-round. The diver that cleans the bottom listed the paint condition as "Good: 85%-70% Anti-Fouling" last week.

Secondly, what paint would you recommend? Also, any other things I should be asking or considering when having it done.
