Ken you had a big tide this spring and we had a very low tide. 
Translated north Texas had flooding and lake Texoma  was in flood and 
in central Texas we are in drought and lake Travis was down 50ft. We 
usually only have one  island but this year many more appeared then 
became larger attached islands then they were the shore line. 
Unbelievable they are only 300 miles between the lakes
