[C320-list] weeping fin bolts in bilge

I have noticed that the 2 aft fin bolts have started weeping into the bilge.  A very slow weep, but present nonetheless.  It set off the bilge pump yesterday morning at 5:00am.  A startling wake up call!  Has anyone come across this, and is there a cure?  We operate in very deep water so are pretty sure that we didn't hit anything.  And certainly not in reverse.
