[C320-list] How do I re-bed lifeline stanchions?

I am about to do mine and they are bolted through the deck with a
washer and nut. The worst problem as I see it is that all the
electrical wiring runs tight up to it. It is very dense and will be
hard to locate and maintain a sock wrench to it.
