[C320-list] Thru Hull Lubrication

Forespar Engineer just told me, as long it is made of Marelon (Trademark for
a form of delrin I assume) you never need to lubricate it, but you do need
to exercise it at least 4 times a year. Web has lots of wives' tales
involving pouring cooking oil/baby oil etc down the drain, but Forespar says
that washes away and just clogs your pipes. Marelon is self lubricating,
they say.
