[C320-list] Battery boxes

This raises another question.  Why did Catalina put the breaker panel  
to port (at least on my model), rather than starboard where the  
batteries are?
I'd think placing the breaker panel to starboard would have reduced  
some cable runs and their inherent voltage drop.
