For a minute I feared something far worse.  Please rework the subject  
line :-)  Al likely has good reasons.  Mine will be creaking body  
joints; I'm only 51 but can feel 'em coming.  Still hope to be sailing  
after retirement.  Al started as a sailor; thus he'll treat other  
boaters with respect.  Whoever bought his 320 is lucky.
