[C320-list] Sticky White Paint in C320 Lockers

Our boat, Hull #947, had the same problem -- sticky paint ruining clothing,
PFDs, etc. Catalina authorized our boat yard to take care of it. I forget
exactly what process they used. Unfortunately, the sticky stuff still
remains in some places -- like the wooden braces over the batteries and the
water tanks. I was given to understand that the problem was caused by a
failure to let the paint cure sufficiently. Maybe that was just someone's
guess.

If anyone has some good solution, I'd like to remove the remaining stickies
in a few places.

jack
