[C320-list] routing of electrical from panel to bildge

The bottom and side panels of the box are removable and doing so makes
fishing wires much easier...

It is extremely important to remember  to disconnect your batteries at the
lugs (battery selector switch is/should be bypassed to power your bilge
pump) and to shut off the master AC power breaker in the aft locker before
doing this unless you like fireworks in close proximity to your fingers and
that wonderful acid taste on your tongue that an electrical shock
stimulates..
