[C320-list] Water in Propane locker

My hull 894 (2002) had the same problem with water collecting in the drain
hose for the propane locker. I also shortened the hose to eliminate
collection of water in the hose so it could function to take out any propane
leaking from a cylinder. I considered this a potential safety hazard when
discovered. Now I regularly check the drain which has not retained water
since the fix.
