We stayed at the Fort Burt Hotel across the street when I chartered with TMM five or six years ago.  As I recall, it was recommended by the charter people.  It is extremely close not only to the boat, but also at that time there was a small grocery store nearby, that despite its small size, was more than adequate for provisioning.
